About The Position
In your role as Product Owner, you will collaborate with various organizational stakeholders to bring Product vision and concept to full circle development. You will foresee roadblocks in the process, develop roadmaps, and collaborate in a team-centric environment to execute strategic goals. You will work as part of an Agile Scrum development team.
Key Responsibilities (Individual Contributor)
- Contribute to product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout
- Work closely with business teams to create and maintain a product backlog
- Help create wireframes or mocks for visualization of functionality before development
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria and ensure the development teams clearly understand them
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prepared stories in the backlog to work on
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
- Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize technical enablers and spikes
- Work in DevOps Environment ensuring continuous delivery of business value
- Serve as the product ambassador, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product
- Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, define priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
- Do impact analysis of released feature to understand the actual value delivered
- Use a Data-centric approach to decision making
- Track Product KPIs and produce insights from metrics and analytics
- Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends
- Act in Accordance with ToT Values
- 2-5 years experience in Software Product Development acting as Product Owner/Business Analyst
- In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Experience in working with B2C and B2B Product Platforms
- Basic technical abilities for SQL & Power BI data analysis
- Prior Technical work-experience (Software Developer, QA or equivalent) is preferred
- Product Owner or Scrum Certifications (Preferred)
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
