Product Operations Manager, Operating Rooms -- Remote | WFH

What You'll Do

Lead a variety of exciting product initiatives, from customer-focused research to large-scale implementations of new features.

Use your implementation and support expertise to identify improvement areas and drive best practices.

Track key business and performance metrics, partnering with data analytics teams to gain a comprehensive product lifecycle perspective.

Promote new functionalities, engage with customers to gather feedback, and secure pilot participants.

Collaborate with marketing and inbound teams for successful product launches and awareness campaigns.

Train our customer-facing team on new features, ensuring they are well-equipped to support our clients.

Synthesize customer feedback to support the development of our product roadmap.

Assist the client services team in optimizing workflows, establishing guidelines, and enhancing efficiency.

Enhance the use of key tools and resources for our outbound team, such as Churn Zero, Notion, Zendesk, Pendo, Confluence, and Jira.

What You'll Bring

Reliability and dependability in all aspects of your work.

A Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

At least 4 years in a client-facing role and 5 years in healthcare (preferably in the Perioperative department).

The ability to travel 10-20% of the time.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across various teams.

Effective written and presentation skills.

Proficiency in interpreting data/metrics to recommend improvements.

A proven track record in project management, process improvement, and change management.

Proficiency with MS Office, Gsuite, and various analytics and tracking applications.

Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel.

Proactive and insightful client-specific solutions, support, and guidance.

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Experience onboarding and mentoring new team members.

Bonus Points If You Have

PMP certification.

Published writings such as blogs or articles.
