The Business Product Marketing team at Meta accelerates business growth through deep product portfolio experience and market understanding. Meta is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about technology, innovation, and creating valuable experiences for advertisers. This person will support a portfolio of ads products that help small and medium businesses reach their customers and optimize their spend to drive ROI on their key business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders on developing product go-to-market strategies across business tools. This person will need to have experience influencing key stakeholders across organizations, strategic and analytical thinking, and decision making under uncertainty. Experience with digital ads products is a plus.

Product Marketing Manager - Ads Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop global go-to-market plans and drive adoption of our advertising solutions among small and medium businesses
  • Synthesize and analyze market feedback to align product development on high priority business opportunities
  • Enable sales and partner channels with product expertise, education and activation to unlock opportunities
  • Develop cross-functional partnerships across Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing and other key teams
  • Effectively and regularly communicate with leaders within the Product and Sales organizations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years professional experience in product marketing, advertising, digital marketing industry or management consulting
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience influencing and communicating cross-functionally and with management at all levels
  • Experience illustrating high-accountability in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
