As the Product Marketing Coordinator, you will be a key player in the execution of best-in-class marketing campaigns that help drive Tillys continued success.

The following is a brief description of responsibilities to be performed by the Product Marketing Coordinator, but are not limited to the following:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside cross functional teams with monthly marketing campaigns from initial ideation through execution. Create spreadsheets, track deadlines, and communicate with cross functional teams on updates.
  • Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, execution instructions and timelines to the team.
  • Prepare bi-weekly and monthly reports for marketing campaigns by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data.
  • Responsible for tracking & enter budget details for several Marketing accounts.
  • Communicate with Finance to update expense forecasts and report actual monthly expenses.
  • Set up new vendors, track vendor invoices and input purchase orders.
  • Organize merchants flat lay submissions, shot list and inspiration for monthly flat lay photo shoots.
  • Assist with photo shoot scheduling, crew outreach, call sheets, release forms, craft services, props, sample coordination and additional production tasks as needed.
  • Responsible for organizing samples from photo shoots for pick up and inventory of photo shoot props.
  • Assist with outsourced print projects. Gathering art specs, communicate with Purchasing Manager and create distribution lists.
  • Assist with brand relationships including Co-Op, brand asset requests, campaign launches, and additional marketing initiatives.


Qualification Requirements:

  • Demonstrates Creative and Strategic Thinking
  • Detail-Oriented and highly organized.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize requests and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate and receive constructive criticism from multiple business partners.
  • Self-Motivated, takes Initiative.
  • Flexible, works well independently, and as a team player.


Education and or/ Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or related field preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Previous Marketing experience required.
  • Digital marketing experience preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Corporate Retail and Branding experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications required.
  • Adobe Photoshop proficiency preferred.

What to Expect?

Hourly Salary Rate: $22-$24: Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, qualifications, and skill set.


Based out of HQ in Irvine, CA with a minimum of 4 days in office.
