Product Marketing Coordinator
Product Marketing is a catalyst for how Lightcast identifies, builds and delivers value to both prospective buyers and customers. The ideal candidate will be a difference-maker in helping us carve out key differentiators amidst a crowded sector of HR Tech. As our Product Marketing Coordinator you will partner closely with the product, sales, customer success and marketing teams to execute on product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, exceptional customer experience, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence.

- Buyer Expert: Critical understanding of our ideal candidate profile (employers and their talent teams) and their needs; understanding the buying cycle and players involved
- Market Intelligence: Execute thorough market research to capture industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, offering strategic insights to assist in informing marketing tactics.
- Content Creation and Sales Enablement: Craft compelling marketing and sales enablement content, including product descriptions, presentations, collateral, and specifically designed materials to support the sales team in their outreach and engagement efforts.
- Campaign Development: Assist in leading new product and feature launches, helping to develop messaging and launch assets
- Post-Launch Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of product positioning, identifying opportunities to improve GTM strategy
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective product messaging and content creation.
- Coordination: Proven ability to manage and facilitate marketing activities across various teams.
- Analytical: A keen analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
- Market Research: Skilled in conducting research to stay ahead of market trends and understanding customer preferences.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role is required.
- While not mandatory, experience within the HR Tech industry is highly regarded and considered a plus.
