Role: Product Development Engineer (R&D Engineer)

Duration: 6+ months

Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ

Role Type: Need to be onsite 5 days a week. 100% onsite. Little possibility of extension.

The candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to develop and implement new products through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering and documentation practices.

• Critical thinking. Very important.
• Ability to Write.
• Should be able to do CAD work.
  
  

Must Have Skills

• Need to have 3+ years of experience with design verification and design control.
• Background in the medical device industry, especially with injective devices. Injectable devices experience is ideal.
• Should be able to do some technical documentation
• Should have experience with CAD. To do designing work of prototype and working to build prototypes. Solidworks is preferred.
• Should be able to write protocols on prototypes and test reports after the tests.
• Should be able to do some data analysis.
• Should be able to do Light to medium level design, documentation of the process and analyse test results to make recommendations.
• Injection molding experience is nice to have.
  
  

Education & Experience

• A BS degree in Mechanical engineering or biomedical engineering with mechanical concentration is needed.
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience. Excluding the experience from university.
