Product Designer - Accessories
Our dedicated consumer goods wholesaler and design house client are committed to staying at the forefront of design; they continually adapt their offerings to mirror the latest trends and meet consumer demands, ensuring every product they put forward is desirable and relevant. They are now hiring a Product Designer to join their dynamic growing team. It's an opportunity to not just work for another player in the market; but a company that stands out by delivering the freshest and most innovative products available. This person will be responsible for the company's home and tech accessories line. This person will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure products meet design, functionality, and market appeal standards. This role is in-office full-time, New York/ New Jersey candidates only.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Toy Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design,
- or related field.
- 3-8+ years of design experience in tech accessories and/or accessories.
- Solid knowledge in hard-lines/soft-lines categories, including raw materials, plastics, textiles, print, and patterns.
- Strong product design skills, including 3D product design, technical design, sketching, and creative application.
- Proven expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiating abilities.
- Experience in managing product design and development lifecycle from concept to market.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including internal partners and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in NYC 5 days a week.
