• Responsible for process capability, cost reduction and continuous improvement project implementation within their designated manufacturing unit
• Provides specific engineering work related to field of expertise with broad overlap between engineering disciplines expected.
• Support capacity planning and growth, as well as define budgeted rates
• and process documentation. Ensures compliance with quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices,
• Implements work process for the manufacturing unit.
• Identifies critical equipment setting and creation of standards.
• Creates technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfers the knowledge to the operator and technical associates.
• Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing unit.
• Understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops and implements plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance.
• Responsible for root cause analysis of prioritized OEE losses, and quality events and deviations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• 3 years process engineering within high speed CPG or related product Manufacturing
• 2+ years in Plant process engineering experience
• Prefer experience out of a prestigious Fortune 500 Mfg company (Unilever, P&G, Energizer)
• Excellent communication and potential leadership skills
• Job Stability / no job hoppers
• No consultants / contractors
• This is a full time onsite plant position, no hybrid or remote
