What You'll Do
As a Process Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation. The ProcessEngineer will support industrial and medical TPU production, capital projects, systems such as MOC’s, RCA’s, PHA’s. This role will require good communication between operators, other manufacturin
engineers, maintenance, and process development engineers.

What You'll Do

engineers, maintenance, and process development engineers.
What We're Looking For
- Prepare documentation for upcoming production campaigns.
- Complete production reviews, enter the material into SAP and determine material disposition plans.
- Communicate with product and quality managers on processing limits and improvements.
- Implement corrective actions based on customer complaints or process improvements.
- Support process related questions around capital improvements and provide feedback on future equipment needs.
- Work with chemical operators to provide guidance on troubleshooting or process adjustments.
- Utilize and adhere to systems that involve improving and maintaining the area such as but not limited to MOC’s, PHA’s, CHA’s, PSSR’s, JSA’s and incident reporting.
- Collaborate with maintenance coordinator to improve equipment reliability.
- B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in chemical plant operations
- Demonstrated process engineering skills, with an emphasis on safety, troubleshooting and process improvement
- Experience with reactive extrusion.
- Experience in specialty manufacturing areas.
- Programming experience with Delta V DCS.
- Knowledge of SAP.
