This company is in the business of improving and enhancing the dynamics and attributions in the specialty industrial, advanced electronics, and semiconductor industries! You will get to be part of an innovated and intelligent team that works to build advanced technologies including lasers for industrial and research applications, precision motion control devices, temperature sensing technologies, and much more.


This company is looking for an exceptional Principle Electronic Engineer to join a diverse team of engineers who’s purpose is developing enhanced technology for their capital equipment products. Duties will include system integration and testing, firmware development, power subsystem design, analog circuit design, and board-level digital circuit design.


REQUIREMENTS:

* MS in Electrical Engineering and 10 years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience in development and debugging of electronics.

* Design experience in broad electrical engineering (PCBS design, layout, FPGA, EMC, thermal)

* Familiarity with integrating UL FO8 panel builds (box builds) and connecting components with point-to-point wiring.

* Experience with digital and mixed signal board level circuit design.

* Knowledgeable with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, etc.

* Proven history of success in technical design the methodology of achieving it.

* Availability for 10% travel


RESPONSIBILITES:

* Simulate, architect, and input complex subsystems such as PCBA/analog/digital/RF/FW to achieve system requirements.

* Guiding your team through design evaluations and engineering tradeoffs to create efficiency on performance, reliability, and product cost.

* Assist in defining and integrating qualified test plans and procedures.

* Examine equipment to create operating criteria by conducting experimental tests and reviewing the results.


SCHEDULE:

Hybrid: Tuesday-Thursday in office, Monday and Friday from home. *System integration days and urgent maintenance matters will require all team members to work onsite.


PAY: Dependent on Experience
