Principal, Life Science Strategy Consulting

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Principal to join a growing life science strategy consulting firm. As a key member of our team, the Principal will play a critical role in driving the success of our clients by providing strategic and tactical consulting services to biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the life science industry, with experience in business development, market research, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead consulting engagements and manage teams of consultants to deliver high-quality work to clients

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the life science industry

Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for clients

Develop and implement strategic plans for clients, including market entry and commercialization strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients

Contribute to the growth and development of the company through business development and thought leadership

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. life sciences, business, economics)

At least 8 years of experience in the life science industry, with a focus on strategy consulting

Strong knowledge of the biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device markets

Track record of generating 1.5M+ USD revenue per year

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment

Strong leadership and team management skills
