Role Overview

Who We're Looking For

A seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in contact center or business process outsourcing environments.

You bring at least 3 years' experience in technical Pre-Sales Engineering, demonstrating exceptional technical writing skills.

Comfortable navigating the global landscape, you thrive in diverse contexts.

Proficient in Salesforce, ServiceNow, and network topologies, you're our go-to guru.

Adept at providing strategic advice on IT architecture, you're a visionary leader.

Master juggler of projects, you can manage multiple timelines with finesse.

Your communication skills are second to none, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for influencing change.
