Practice Manager

Job Description

Our client, a practice devoted to musculoskeletal and sports medicine, is hiring a Practice Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, human resources, employee benefits
• Credentialing and enrollment
• Create a deep understanding of the company culture and operations, developing strategies to enhance efficiency, where excellence and collaboration thrive
• Perform employee job reviews
• Help create and maintain a culture of mutual respect, teamwork, and equality
• Balance the needs of the physician team with office and staff needs
• Manage employees, ensuring team success and positive employee experience
• Oversee team of front and backend staff as well clinical staff.
• Schedule: 9-5 M-F, on site
  
  

Requirements:

• College degree
• Prior experience leading a team of at least 20
• Must be able to manage up and down and relate to the management team as a whole
• Experience as a practice manager in a pain management, ortho, aesthetics, or dermatology practice
