Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Practice Manager at Innovetive Petcare. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including managing staff, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. They will also be responsible for optimizing clinic efficiency and providing excellent customer service to clients.

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage staff and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of veterinary clinic operations and industry regulations
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Proficiency in computer software and systems used in veterinary clinics
• A passion for animal health and the veterinary industry
