Practice Manager

The ideal candidate will be able to create and maintain efficient operations. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally as a servant leader.

Responsibilities:

As the Practice Manager, you'll be pivotal in optimizing efficiency and driving success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
• Managing patient experience and driving the KPIs.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in operations or a related field. Preferably in Healthcare or Personal Injury.
• Proven leadership skills and a track record of achieving results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
