Plant Manager

Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a market leading dietary supplement contract manufacturer looking for a Plant Manager responsible for the safety, strategic planning, warehousing, manufacturing, maintenance and quality of a production facility.

This company is a market leader within the dietary supplement contract manufacturing industry. With a commitment to delivering high-quality, science-backed nutritional products, they specialize in providing turnkey solutions for brands seeking excellence in product development and manufacturing.

Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

• Build and implement plant vision and strategy; drive plant focus; prioritize projects and strategies; ensure alignment of functional groups
• Directly manage the plant leadership team for various functions including hiring, development, promotions, etc.
• Key decision maker for budget development
• Interact with R&D leadership on alignment of products and projects
• Key member of the corporate leadership team concerning supply chain information and input to strategy decisions
• Decision maker for plant capital investment plans

To be considered for the role, the following education, experience and qualifications are required:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience in progressive manufacturing / operational leadership roles
• High-speed, complex CPG, and Nutraceutical or food manufacturing experience
