Job Summary: Join our team in Jacksonville, Florida as a Plant Manager! We're seeking a skilled leader with experience in managing manufacturing operations, particularly in injection molding. As the Plant Manager, you'll oversee production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety for up to 100 employees.

Job Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations, including production planning and resource allocation. Implement strict quality control measures to meet industry standards. Develop efficient manufacturing processes to optimize productivity. Provide leadership and foster teamwork among employees. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Manage budget, forecasting, and cost control. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in injection molding. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles. Knowledge of OSHA regulations. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive results.
