About the job:

O’Gara-Gilbert-Silvaroli Orthodontics is on a mission to create and support meaningful connections through heartfelt and luxury forms of social expression. We are searching for a dynamic, driven individual to join our marketing team. In this hybrid role, you will work partly on-site and the remaining amount of time at a location of your discretion. Reporting directly to the lead of marketing, you'll have the opportunity to hit the ground running and contribute to various marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our brand and products while gaining valuable experience. This role is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to gain marketing experience as an entry level associate.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote O’Gara-Gilbert-Silvaroli products and services.

-Administrative and personal assistant duties; order office and marketing supplies, ensure work environment is well maintained, organized and stocked, run errands for the practice as needed for internal and or external events.

-Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.

-Help create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and some digital content.

-Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, traditional advertising, and various other avenues.

-Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

-Assist with the coordination of promotional events.

-Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.

-Handle administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.

-Divided work locations between our office along with allocated time at a location of your choice. 

  

Qualifications:

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

-Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms.

-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

-Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.

-Marketing software/graphic design and Canva experience preferred.

-Microsoft excel experience.

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
