Main Purpose Of The Retention Marketing Intern

This is a role for a candidate who will support and assist the performance marketing team across affiliate marketing and paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).

The Details

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Social media photo/video editing of influencer and editorial assets for paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Support performance marketing specialist in launching new ads and monitoring performance of ads
• Support performance marketing specialist in maintaining daily, weekly, monthly reporting docs
• Communicate upcoming sales, new collection launches, and new edits to our affiliate partners

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing a college degree
• Interest in fashion advertising
• User of social media platforms Instagram and TikTok
• General understanding of affiliate links + rev share model
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• An expert TikTok + Reels editor. Graphic design / social media video editing skills (prior experience with either adobe photoshop, canva, or capcut preferred)

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $17.30/hr - $17.30/hr
