Overview:


Under the direction of the Performance Marketing Sr. Manager, the Performance Marketing Coordinator is responsible for helping oversee Performance Marketing for the Americas.


Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Assist in managing E-Commerce acquisition channels including Paid Social, SEM, affiliate, display, Yelp, livestreaming, sampling campaigns, CTV, and more. Act as day-to-day point of contact for all agencies along with the Associate Manager of Performance Marketing.
  • Manage day-to-day Digital Marketing Calendar updates as well as the distribution of promotional calendar to partners.
  • Manage all creative briefs for ads, including requesting the assets from design and the organic social team and sending final assets to agencies. Also responsible for the QA of the ads on Facebook and Instagram along with the Associate Manager.
  • Manage TikTok Shop channel in terms of uploading videos, editing videos where necessary, and toggling products.
  • Work cross-functionally and support cross-channel marketing initiatives coordinating with Social Media, PR, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations.
  • Create and manage livestreams for MO.com including set up, calendar invites, talent reach out, and creation of livestream on Bambuser dashboard.
  • Assist Associate Manager with weekly and daily reporting numbers.
  • Conduct competitive research as needed and stay on top of social media and beauty industry trends.
  • Ability to film and edit UGC to be used in ads across platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, and Meta.


Skills & Abilities:


  • 1+ year of digital experience ideal
  • Strong analytical and ready-to-learn attitude
  • Capability to edit videos a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at a time
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field with a minimum of 1 year in Ecommerce
  • Knowledge of paid acquisition channels a plus
  • Proficiency in reporting and analysis of data
  • Knowledge of E-Commerce and CMS platforms, Shopify preferred
  • Strong knowledge of current interactive channels and trends in online business development, particularly in paid advertising and acquisition, websites, and e-commerce
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Proven track record of success working in a fast paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
