Our Mission
Since 2015, The Performance Pursuit has proudly supported their clientele in achieving their goals by offering some of best sport & performance psychology programs available both remotely and in person. Our goal is to grow our programs and services to reflect the needs of our clients which may range from athletes, coaches, directors, and business professionals. We are looking to grow our team by bringing on more consultants to work with clients remotely providing mental performance consulting services to individuals, teams and groups.
Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Performance Consultant. As a Performance Consultant, you will be responsible for providing performance consulting services to clients. This will involve analyzing performance data, developing strategies, and implementing performance management techniques. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling field
Certification as a Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) required.
Minimum 1 year prior applied experience working with athletes, coaches, and teams in person and remotely
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Preference for candidates experienced in working with diverse populations
Able to offer clients 10 hours of availability between Monday - Friday from 4-8pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess clients' needs and abilities through observation and administering of an appropriate assessments.
Implement evidence-based strategies and interventions to help clients overcome sport/performance related difficulties, such as improving the client’s ability to perform and train desirably and consistently.
Work with a multidisciplinary team including counselors, psychologists, strength and conditioning coaches, parents, athletes, coaches and nutritionists.
Deliver workshops and presentations covering various sport psychology topics and issues such as goal setting, imagery, energy management, etc.
Work with a broad range of clients including individual athletes, teams, coaches, parents, and business professionals ranging from amateur to elite levels across a range of sporting disciplines.
Attend biweekly meetings with assigned supervisor and/or consultant team.
Increase company’s clientele by identifying prospective clients, preparing, and presenting promotional/marketing materials.
Liaise with Managing Director to meet key clients, maintain relationships, negotiate and close deals.
Represent company at public events to increase brand recognition and gain clients.
Provide video clips presenting mental skills training tips for social media once a month.
