Position: PeopleSoft Consultant

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Offer technical guidance and assistance for PeopleSoft applications, encompassing troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to collect and assess requirements, and then transform them into practical technical solutions.
• Create, validate, execute, and deploy customizations, improvements, and integrations within the PeopleSoft environment.
• Fine-tune and optimize PeopleSoft modules to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Execute system administration duties, including managing user access, configuring security settings, and setting up environments.
• Produce and manage documentation, covering technical specifications, testing strategies, and user manuals.
• Engage in project planning, estimation, and resource management tasks.
• Remain updated on PeopleSoft technology advancements, industry trends, and best practices.
• Provide necessary training and assistance to end users as required.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrate proficiency in PeopleSoft development tools and methodologies.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to grasp intricate business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Bring experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Have a solid understanding of PeopleSoft security principles and best practices.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic work environment.
• Any relevant PeopleSoft certifications (e.g., PeopleSoft Certified Developer) would be advantageous.
