Partner Education Trainer, Spa & Hospitality

Aescape is seeking a Partner EducationTrainer, Spa & Hospitality, to collaborate with our talented team of engineers and roboticists. Your role involves creating and maintaining SOPs and training materials for our robotic systems in spa settings. You’ll drive consistency and excellence in training, contributing to our goal of revolutionizing the massage therapy industry. What You’ll Do

• Communicate with engineers, designers, product managers, product marketers, and more to develop, outline, and deliver training material.
• Produce material in text, video, online video webinars, in person training, certification, etc.
• Translate complex technical information and requirements into easily digestible material that can be consumed by low-tech-savvy professionals in the spa and wellness world.
• Write material that addresses multiple personas including: Hotel General Managers, Spa Directors, Spa Front Desk Attendants, and Licensed Massage Therapists.
• Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Two or more years of experience as an effective Trainer, Learning Administrator, Learning and Development Business Partner, or equivalent.
• High technical acumen and prior experience in software or hardware domains.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
• Experience in writing documentation, SOPs, training curricula for various audiences.
• Experience creating video training material, and/or in-person training curricula.
• Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to write technical material for consumption by non-technical audiences.
  
  

Nice To Have But Not Required

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in education, instructional design, hospitality, or equivalent.
• Professional certification (ex: Society for Technical Communication).
• Experience in using XML tools to create documentation.
