Panel Bender - 1st Shift

Hours: Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm

Job Summary: To set up and operate the Salvagnini panel bending machine

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Exhibit and promote safe work practices in all aspects of work
• Read, follow and document the job setup instructions
• Upload/download programs to the machine
• Perform basic program edits
• Load and maintain tooling
• Perform inspection and document as directed by the job inspection level
• Properly complete Quality Inspection documents
• Run and document per routing instructions
• Perform material handling functions including packaging
• Follows all safety policies and procedures in the performance of the duties and utilizes and practices methods for continuous improvement

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED. 1-4 Years of Panel Bending experience with set up responsibilities.
