You will describe yourself as a highly experienced Sales Professional who has well-established contacts interested in high quality signage products. You will thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous role where you are accountable for the success and growth of the business. As well as your ability to consistently exceed sales targets, others will describe you as a community-minded individual who operates with integrity and honesty.

Overall, you will be self-motivated, hungry for success and ideally have previous experience working within the signage arena.

The Company:

Due to growth and a great reputation, Raleigh's most active sign company has a rare opportunity for a successful Sales Professional to join their driven, collaborative team. Consistently delivering outstanding service coupled with high quality signage products has seen this well-managed business sustain growth and profitability.

Your primary objective is to acquire signage contracts and contacts and to grow the business. You will do this via your existing client networks and zest for identifying ‘big picture’ opportunities.

Working 8am to 5pm, your main areas of work will include;

  • Sourcing new customers via your established networks
  • Targeting potential clients with strategy and following up
  • Contract negotiations
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients/customers
  • Assist with sales strategies to grow the business
  • Managing the quote to order process from end to end
  • Invoicing Customers
  • Providing administration support throughout the sales process

To be considered for this great opportunity you will have;

  • At least 5 years’ experience in an ‘on-road’ sales role
  • Experience within the Signage Industry will be highly regarded
  • An established network of contacts interested in signage products
  • A current NC Drivers Licence
  • The ability to maintain profit margins in sales at a sustainable and profitable level
  • Proven experience in finding & sourcing new opportunities for business
  • A strong desire to enhance relationships with existing customers and fellow work colleagues
  • Previous experience with targets and budgets
  • Previous experience negotiating work contracts &
  • The confidence to listen to others needs whilst using influencing skills to close a sale

You will view targets and budgets as a key driver to your success and you will possess a self- managing attitude to achieve your short and long-term goals.
