Outside Sales Account Manager – LED Signage & Outdoor Advertising

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in LED signs, billboards, video walls, and outdoor advertising solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales by developing relationships with new clients and managing sales processes to sell our cutting-edge LED products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs, presenting customized solutions, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the LED and outdoor advertising industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for LED signs, billboards, video walls, and outdoor advertising products and services
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors, including retail, corporate, hospitality, and public spaces
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding customer needs and offering solutions that meet those needs
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of products to customers and prospects
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
  • Liaise with the marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products
  • Keep abreast of new product launches and industry trends


Experience, Education and Skills

  • Proven outside sales experience, preferably in the LED signage, digital displays, or outdoor advertising industry
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to travel as needed - 30 to 50%
  • 2+ years industrial outside sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Work is generally performed in an office environment, but employee may need to travel to customer sites or warehouse facilities. Driving may be required for an extended period with frequent stops and starts.
  • Valid Drivers License is required
