The Oracle FCCM MANTAS OR OFSAA Development Lead plays a critical role in overseeing the development and implementation of Oracle FCCM MANTAS and OFSAA solutions. They are responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the Oracle FCCM MANTAS and OFSAA development space. This role is essential in driving the organization's financial crime compliance and risk management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the development of Oracle FCCM MANTAS and OFSAA solutions
different module of OFSAA FCCM like CTR, TM, KYC, ECM
OFSAA solutions modules like ALM, FTP, PFT, FSDF and FCCM suite.
Manage a team of developers and provide technical guidance
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
Design and implement software solutions to meet business needs
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback for improvement
Identify and address technical issues and risks
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Oracle FCCM MANTAS and OFSAA
Provide training and support to team members
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
Manage project timelines and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in Oracle FCCM MANTAS and OFSAA development
Proven track record of leading development teams
Strong experience in software design and development
Proficiency in Oracle FCCM MANTAS and OFSAA modules
Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL scripting
Experience with financial crime compliance and risk management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with agile methodologies
Knowledge of software development lifecycle
Certifications in Oracle FCCM MANTAS or OFSAA (preferred)
