About the Role: As a Sales Operations Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing our sales operations function. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, you'll lead a team of sales operations support staff to ensure smooth execution of critical sales processes. We're looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide the sales operations support team in processing Sales Orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain up-to-date CRM data to ensure accuracy.
Analyze data to generate insightful reports supporting strategic decision-making by the sales leadership team.
Manage price books, communicate pricing updates to customers, and support contract negotiations.
Evaluate inventory levels and demand forecasts to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving disputes as needed.
Develop and maintain training materials for the sales operations team and distributor/sales representative manuals.
Maintain and report on Key Performance Indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Provide leadership and direction to the sales operations support team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Proven track record in sales operations or related roles, with a strong grasp of sales methodologies and CRM/ERP platforms.
Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office Suite required.
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, effectively managing team performance.
Strong project management and collaboration skills.
