Our client, a leading player in the vaporizer industry, specializing in innovative hardware products is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join their team in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of operations, manage a small team of project managers, oversee timelines, objectives, and quality standards within the organization. They will also be responsible for optimizing processes, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and meet targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
Manage human and material resources effectively to maximize productivity.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning among the production team.
Set performance goals and objectives for team members and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Identify training and development needs and provide opportunities for skill enhancement and career advancement.
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience working in the technology hardware industry or related field
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful operations projects
Chinese language a plus
Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 + benefits and incentives
