Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.

3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
4. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to operations teams to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements to deliver products that meet customer expectations.
6. Safety Compliance: Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures and implementing corrective actions as needed.
7. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to address any deviations from targets.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including production, engineering, and logistics, to optimize operations and resolve issues.
9. Budget Management: Manage operational budgets effectively and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Qualifications Desired:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
