ON-CALL DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (TIER I)

Job Title: ON-CALL DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (TIER I)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, network systems, software applications, and operating systems.
  • Assist users with troubleshooting desktop, laptop, and peripheral device issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updates and patches, to ensure system performance and security.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn.
  • Basic technical skills and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under general supervision and in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work on-call and during evenings or weekends as needed.
