- Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, network systems, software applications, and operating systems.
- Assist users with troubleshooting desktop, laptop, and peripheral device issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updates and patches, to ensure system performance and security.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn.
- Basic technical skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under general supervision and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work on-call and during evenings or weekends as needed.
