Office Manager
Our dental office affiliate partner, ReNew 1-Day Denture Center, is seeking an exceptional Office Manager to oversee daily operations at its state-of-the-art dental surgical center in Colorado Springs, CO. In addition to overseeing daily center operations, the Office Manager will work with the center staff to enhance the quality of patient care, maximize patient satisfaction, streamline the patient care cycle, facilitate communication, and implement operational efficiencies.
Primary Responsibilities
This is a full-time position and offers a four-day work week (Monday-Thursday from 7:00am – 5:00pm), with occasional overtime and Fridays as needed.
Compensation
$60,000-$65,000/annually

Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure the center is properly maintained, running efficiently, and providing a high quality patient experience and standard of care
- Provide consistent and professional interactions with patients and staff
- Coordinate patient scheduling
- Facilitate patient medical clearance screenings
- Ensure any clinical approvals and patient forms/documentation are properly completed (e.g., medical clearances, consent forms, HIPAA acknowledgement, etc.)
- Ensure completion of start of day and end of day clinical procedures by staff
- Monitor and deliver patient treatment plans
- Communicate with patients to navigate service recovery needs
- Identify, track and report all patient service recovery needs or potential areas of concern
- Manage center compliance/regulatory matters (e.g., licenses, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
- Organize, prepare for, and participate in center inspections (HIPPA/OSHA, fire department, dental board, etc.)
- Uphold compliance with clinical standards and other protocols, rules, and regulations
- Develop effective working relationships to manage and mentor staff
- Maintain staff schedule and monitor and approve time/attendance
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- High level attention to detail
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands, while at the same time maintaining high quality standards
- Experience managing and mentoring staff
- Maintain high level of confidentiality
- Previous experience in management, customer service/support, and/or sales
- Previous experience in dental or other healthcare environment (preferred)
