Office Administrator
As of June 20th, a terrific law firm in is seeking an Office Administrator to play a leadership role regarding administrative services and overall office management. This position will involve:
- Overseeing all facets of talent management, including the recruitment, evaluation, and professional development of staff, as well as the resolution of employee relations matters.
- Evaluating and enhancing workflow operations in addition to implementing office policies and procedures.
- Organizing a variety of office events and wellness initiatives, conducting new hire onboarding, and ensuring the continued professional development of staff.
- Determining budgets, approving purchases for new equipment or services, and directing office improvement projects.
- Communicating with building management and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Ensuring the office is maintained in a suitable manner, fostering positive morale, and empowering employees to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of law firm management experience, with a specific focus on staff management and facilities services.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to delegate and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive professional who can adapt to changing demands and quickly resolve any issues that arise.
