Summer 2024 Intern - Product Management – NRG Systems, Hinesburg, VT

As a Summer Co-op – Product Management in Hinesburg, VT at NRG Systems, you will be immersed in the exciting world of renewable energy products, contributing to the development, launch, and continuous improvement of our solar, wind and wildlife solutions that are driving the green energy transition.

Shift/Schedule

• The NRG 2024 Summer Intern Program will run from (TBD) 06/03/2024 - 08/09/2024
• Full-time; 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00am until 5:00pm
  
  

Elements Of The NRG Summer Intern Program Include

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment.
• Support the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including creating user stories, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the renewable energy market.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify key areas for product improvement and innovation.
• Prepare and present reports on product performance, market research findings, and new opportunities to senior management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
• A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to contributing to environmental sustainability.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Previous internship or project experience in product management, renewable energy, or related fields is a plus.
