New Product Development Engineering Manager

The New Product Development Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and designers to develop innovative new products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. This includes managing the entire product development process, from ideation and concept development to prototyping, testing, and final production.

The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on-time and within budget. They will also have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new products from concept to launch
• Manage the entire product development process, including ideation, concept development, prototyping, testing, and final production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and manufacturing, to ensure products meet customer needs and business goals
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and within budget delivery
• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in new product development, preferably in the Turf Industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing new product development projects from concept to launch
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on-time and within budget
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to the engineering team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
