Noble is currently hiring a dynamic, remote, Sales / Business Development Manager to join our growing team! This is a contract role with a flexible schedule and lots of room for growth!


To be considered for the Sales Exec / Business Development Manager you must have:

  • Understanding of the Advertising, Marketing, Digital and Production landscape, understanding the roles, ad/marketing agency landscape and processes.
  • Ability to bring value based relationship approach to your selling. Truly understanding the needs of your clients and how we can support them in growth.
  • Ability to work independently with a strategic entrepreneur mindset and a self-starter approach.
  • Fearless approach to making new connections and managing outbound sales pipelines.


This is a role ideally for someone who comes from a recruitment/staffing/advisory firm or advertising/marketing background.
