Salary Range

Reporting Structure

The Merchandiser, Women's reports directly to the VP, Merchandising.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Collaborate and assist the VP of Merchandising in the creation and implementation of seasonal line plans by delivery and style/SKU to achieve business strategies
• Assist in the development of price tiers and pricing architecture to guide Design in furthering the women’s and women’s line
• Work in partnership with merchandising and design to build a balanced line based on empirical data and sales analyses, as well as trend and brand awareness
• Track and monitor key items and growth opportunities by category and style
• Track wholesale and retail price points based on contemporary landscape and customer perceived price value
• Communicate cross-functionally to bridge Design, Sales, Product Development and Production to ensure cohesive processes
• Shop the market to be aware of trends, competitive price positioning, and market share
• Assist in creating and maintaining weekly/monthly cross-functional reporting tools

Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
• Must have three to five (3-5) years of relevant merchandising experience
• Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Must have strong business acumen with ability to think strategically
• Must have exceptional analytical skills
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
• Must have proven ability to work with a cross-functional team
• Strong knowledge of trends and competitive market are essential to success in this position
