The Anyday team is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this person will handle day-to-day management of Anyday social media accounts, streamline organic influencer outreach and seeding, and assist in the execution of marketing campaigns. 

In addition to daily social posting and community engagement, this person will work to optimize content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok according to platform-specific best practices. With their finger on the pulse of all things social, this person will identify trending moments and propose short-lead ways for Anyday to join the larger conversation. This person will also contribute to our larger influencer strategy, pitching and sampling creators who fit the Anyday mission. A passion for writing is a plus, as this person will also have the opportunity to write social captions and voiceovers, draft newsletter copy, and contribute to the Anyday blog.

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle day-to-day management of Anyday’s social channels (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook) including content scheduling, manual posting, and community management
    • Promptly respond to social comments and messages to foster community, address consumer inquiries, and identify user feedback trends. 
  • Spearhead revamped TikTok strategy to tap into a new audience
  • Draft voiceovers and captions for weekly social content 
  • Work with Test Kitchen Manager to shoot and edit social content
  • Manage organic outreach and sample seeding to brands, influencers, and UGC creators that align with Anyday 
  • Optimize video content for cross-posting across IG Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
  • Identify trending content and pitch shortlead opportunities for Anyday to join the conversation
  • Report on bi-weekly social analytics, insights and learnings 
  • Monitor ever-changing best practices for both existing and emerging social platforms 
  • Assist in pitching brand partners for social collabs 
  • Provide administrative support on affiliate marketing efforts 
  • Contribute research and writing to the Anyday blog as needed
