Marketing Research Specialist For Big Pharma

Mothership is excited to search for skilled crew members that can function as Market Research Analyst

Responsibilities

• People that have a passion for analytics and love creating solutions and driving change through data. Must be analytical and process-oriented, highly motivated with results-driven leadership qualities. Demonstrated experience in transforming raw data into meaningful information
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge with focus groups. Ability to work independently, without close supervision, must be able to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to research Voice of Customer calls with focus groups and potentially current pharma customers.
• Life Sciences/Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare exp. is a must have. Ability to gather market data in the early research stages (academics, pharma, biotech, and gov't) with customer feedback is a HUGE plus.
• 5+ years of analytics or relevant work experience
• metrics and verbatim comments experience on surveys/conversations they would have with industry KOLs and other users in our industry.
• Ultimately I would need the individual to provide me the questions to ask the customers to get the most objective feedback and accurate assessment of our business.
• This candidates first ask will be to have the individual research our competitors for Cancer and Auto immune Cell Solutions, and possibly others.
• The client will provide a list and then the candidate would need to better understand some of the new products the client is considering introducing to their portfolio.
• For example the client is looking into new antigen specific T-Cells.
