Summary:

We’re looking to hire a Marketing Operations Specialist as a direct hire. We are a growing SaaS with a text and voice messaging CRM platform for real estate professionals serving US customers.


You will have plenty of training and collaboration with colleagues to guarantee your success in this role. You’ll be joining an established marketing team creating and capturing demand for products and services our customers love.


As a marketing operations specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns. You’ll have ownership of our marketing contact database.


The ideal candidate is a hands-on, independent strategic thinker, who brings deep expertise in implementing, executing, and scaling campaigns within B2B SaaS organizations serving SMB customers (preferably in real estate).


A qualified individual for this role will be an experienced marketing operations professional who is able to proactively drive processes, take ownership of outcomes, and effectively report KPIs to leadership.


Qualifications:

  • You have at least 5 years of specialized experience in marketing operations at a b2b SaaS company serving SMB customers.
  • You have set up and had full ownership of HubSpot campaigns, emails, texts, tasks, workflows, sequences, reports, and forecasting creating and capturing demand for both self-onboarding and sales-assisted products
  • You bring deep experience with database management and proven excellence in campaign segmentation and measurements to produce benchmark results.
  • You have successfully implemented, executed, and scaled integrated campaigns, and you can prove it.
  • You accomplish a lot with limited resources as an individual contributor and do not depend on specialists to produce a campaign from idea to launch.
  • You’re hands-on in your approach and balance strategy and execution with a bias to an execution-first approach.
  • You are proactive at driving processes, taking ownership of outcomes, and effectively reporting on KPIs to leadership.
  • You are proficient at independently managing projects and expectations to deliver quantifiable results.
  • You are very detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized.
  • You love everything about data and using data to make informed decisions.
  • You can effectively apply logic to your decision-making and have a preference for it.
  • You have a self-starter mentality with creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and “Google it” when needed.
  • You are scrappy, resourceful, and always present solutions, not problems without solutions.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a team player, a quick learner, and highly coachable with a positive can-do attitude.
  • You have the ability to work autonomously, independently, collaboratively, and effectively as part of a remote team.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to succinctly communicate value propositions. You’re a master copywriter.
  • You have full professional proficiency in the English language.
  • You must be willing, able, and available to work in US time zones.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Start-up experience is highly desirable.
  • You are a HubSpot expert.
  • You have certifications that support your areas of expertise (HubSpot preferred).
  • You have demonstrated experience with sales-oriented, direct-response copywriting.


What you’ll do:

  • Own the data management of our marketing contact database, as well as our compliance with data protection and consumer privacy regulations.
  • Manage and execute the email marketing campaigns and sales sequences for BDRs, SDRs, and AEs, from list segmentation to copywriting sales cadences, to lead routing and campaign launching and reporting.
  • Execute best practices in data management, data hygiene, data cleansing, and data maintenance to increase email deliverability and preserve domain authority.
  • Copywrite emails and text messages for workflows and sequences, and optimize them based on qualitative and quantitative data to increase delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, and response rates.
  • Proactively create and maintain scalable processes for email and text campaigns, and lead management and routing.
  • Ensure processes are systemized, documented, maintained, and executed to minimize knowledge gaps and optimize collaboration between teams.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to lead lifecycle, lead routing, and contact record management.
  • Be a champion of sales and marketing alignment and collaborate with sales to grow both a marketing-qualified and sales-qualified pipeline.
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to optimize our lead routing process to increase MQLs and SQLs.
  • Gather insights and analyze results for future go-to-market campaigns to generate MQLs. and SQLs.
  • Analyze data to measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to allow for accurate forecasting.
  • Document the processes and execution of integrated campaigns with video recordings captured in Loom and uploaded to Trainual.
  • Report KPIs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and use quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize.
