Salary: $5000 + commission fee

Duration: Minimum 4 hours/day

Type: onsite + full time

Responsibilities:

• Supervise TikTok hosts, managing live broadcast content and script development. Assist hosts in analyzing live broadcast data, improving speaking proficiency, engagement, interaction, and conversion rates to maximize earnings
• Maintain company presence on TikTok, overseeing social media account administration, content curation, material compilation, video production, editing, and comprehensive data analysis for operational enhancement and promotion
• Coordinate hosts' offline events, ensuring smooth execution and promptly adjusting strategies for optimal marketing effectiveness and desired outcomes
• Willingness to go live on our official account to recruit creators
  
  

Requirements:

• Proficient in TikTok, live streaming, and social media marketing on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, etc
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in creator operation and management
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
