Marketing Intern, Part Time (~25 hrs/wk)

Location: Flix Brewhouse, Round Rock TX (in office)

Salary: $18/hr with additional benefits

Are you more Skywalker than Vadar? Are you calm like The Dude, but fights the good fight like The Bride? Flix Brewhouse is seeking a dynamic and motivated summer intern to join our team! As a summer intern, you'll have the opportunity to dive into the exciting world of cinema and craft memorable marketing campaigns for Flix Brewhouse, America’s Cinema Brewery.

What You Do

• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our socials, email newsletters, and promotional materials. This includes graphics, preshow reels, and other multimedia content to promote Flix Picks, Fests, new release events, and promotions.
• Social Media: Assist in managing Flix Brewhouse's social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
• Event Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Flix Brewhouse events, screenings, and brewery offerings through targeted marketing initiatives and outreach efforts.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels using analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and effectiveness.
• Asset Coordination: Organize, order, and distribute marketing materials that support our ten Flix locations nationwide.
  
  

What You Need

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
• Self-identified film nerd who enjoys moviegoing and the latest trailers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (marketing, communications, film studies, etc.).
