Position
The Marketing Coordinator will support the creation and execution of a variety of marketing deliverables. As part of a hands-on team that operates in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, this individual will work across the Marketing team to help shape the corporate brand and will assist in maintaining its integrity as it is conveyed to clients and external audiences through marketing materials, events, social media, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and attentive to detail with a passion for marketing and a strong creative drive.
Responsibilities
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Responsibilities
- Work with the team to support the development of a wide variety of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and other materials.
- Manage the production and distribution of printed material and branded items and review marketing materials for quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Assist in managing the corporate and advisor team websites and pulling metrics and performance data as needed.
- Assist with new marketing initiatives and ad hoc requests.
- Assist in the coordination and planning of special events.
- 0-2 years’ experience, preferably in financial services or luxury brands.
- High level of responsibility and maturity.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful with excellent organizational and project-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with external clients and multiple levels of staff and management.
- Ability to multitask with a strong sense of urgency and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Ability to proofread and edit.
- Experience in supporting the execution of events preferred.
- Digital and analytics skills preferred for assistance with website and social media.
