This is a key entry role within the Brand Marketing team. The individual will be responsible for day to day support of the brand inclusive of all projects as dictated by team priorities. An excellent opportunity to gain strong exposure in propelling the growth of a high growth brand.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct competitive analysis regularly, while keeping a constant pulse on the competitive landscape, key competitors, and category trends as it pertains to breakthrough campaigns, communication, and initiatives; present to the Marketing Team as needed.
Help support brand team in conducting regular business analysis by synthesizing consumer and market insights to help inform brand strategy and portfolio management.
Gather insights from online, social media, events, etc. to propose ideas to strengthen brand equity
Manage the execution of effective marketing materials and presentations that align correctly with the overall brand strategy and bundle toolkits for sales
Manage content and copy updates for new launches on Salsify platform, ensuring all marketing information is accurate and up to date for account teams
Assist with creation of copy for a variety of touchpoints, including packaging, ensuring consistent brand tone of voice throughout
Manage and communicate timelines for key marketing initiatives such as packaging review and new product launches
Coordinate product shipments as needed for photography, influencers, and social campaigns
Manage brand marketing calendar inputs and review of social posting calendar while communicating timelines for key marketing and tentpole moments
Assist as needed with partnerships, influencer mailings, reviews syndication, and sampling campaigns
Participate in development of annual strategic marketing activations and budget plans
Assist with creation of marketing presentations, product training decks, and sales materials
Organize and update brand owned content such as product and model imagery to provide internal teams with for new product launches, retailer website updates, etc.
Manage additional administrative support as needed
Essential Cross-Functional Responsibilities:
Help with the creative briefing and project approval process as needed to support product packaging updates as well as sales and marketing asset creation
Collaborate with Product Development and Regulatory teams from ideation to development to product launch as well as on claims and copy approval, production artwork, etc.
Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all cross functional partners
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Exceptional ability to project manage and multi-task

Education/Experience Requirements:
1-2 years related experience
4-year college degree
Beauty brand experience not required but is a plus
