Marketing Assistant

On The Fly seeks a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing and the creative aspects of growing a fun and exciting brand. The candidate should also have excellent communication, organizational, and creative skills.

This is an in-person role. Our office is located in Downtown Tampa, FL. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in brand imaging and brand development

- Conduct market research and analysis

- Facilitate the creation of marketing materials in-store and digital assets 

- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns

- Assist in store grand opening planning and execution

- Perform other ad hoc marketing projects as necessary

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or related experience

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field

- Excellent communication, organizational, and creative skills

- Understanding of marketing trends and techniques

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong attention to detail
