Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and Events Intern to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for students to work in a small team and get hands-on experience across a wide variety of projects in event management, social media engagement, and brand management. You will work not only with the C10 team but get to partner with our portfolio companies and partners as well.

What you will do:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Help manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and comments/messages.
• Support the planning and execution of events, owning all pre-event set up and post-event follow up
• Help create brand guidelines and repository of marketing materials
• Monitor and report on key metrics in HubSpot, such as social media engagement and event attendance
• Assist other teams for projects as needed
  
  

Who you are:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram), Hubspot is a plus.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and driving solutions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program
