Work in collaboration with our corporate Digital Manager and Country Manager to develop and monitor online sales throughout all channels of each brand (web, e-commerce portal and/or marketplaces), according to the defined commercial strategy.


Build & Manage marketing plans.

Responsible for preparing analysis including main events and recommendations for the following annual plan

- Responsible for collating learnings from previous marketing actions together with the annual plan to better adjust global strategies and create new parameters and main events chart

- Responsible for supporting the global marketing team in the production of the Annual and Quarterly Plans using inputs from the annual campaign parameters and plan

- Responsible for collating and analyzing data to refine and update the draft quarterly marketing plan

Responsible for the Communication in implementation of the promotions and launches calendar in the national market. (Sales cycles)

Forecast and analysis of sales of clients with whom Trade Marketing programs are agreed according to investment scenarios.

Creation of sell out actions for professional channel (and new ones if available)

Analysis of the evolution of distribution for the implementation of improvements (by channel, by customer, by segments, by lines, by products)

Analysis and monitoring of promotions


Coordination of brand PR activities (planning, preparation, communication, realization, reporting and media relations) with the objective of elevating brand image, equity and brand awareness.


E-commerce/Digital and Online sales strategy

Responsibility for the efficient management, development and implementation of the online sales strategy of the Group's brands for the different online channels in collaboration with the corporate E-commerce head.


Requirements:

  • Bilingual English & Spanish
  • Knowledge of SEO, Amazon and social media
  • B2B & B2C point of sale channel experience
  • Experience with influencers
  • Experience with Magento / Klaviyo
