Market Researcher
About The Role:
As a Marketing Researcher at Metaprise, you'll dive into a range of market research tasks. Your role will be pivotal in assisting our teams to develop products/services while also providing support to the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and share insights with the marketing, product, and sales teams on a regular basis
- Review and interpret large research data sets and organize them into spreadsheets, charts, and graphs
- Present research data findings and insights during company-wide meetings
- Create, edit, and proofread marketing content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and product positioning
- Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing manager
- Job duties are highly collaborative in nature.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a market research role, with a demonstrated ability to write comprehensive market research reports.
- Experience of writing competitor and market analysis reports is preferred.
- Experience in fintech industry, with exposure to the payment industry is a plus.
- A strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to write reports and trends recommendations with facts and analytical insights.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent learning abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
