Manufacturing Quality Manager

Are you an experienced Manufacturing Quality Manager looking for a new opportunity to lead and improve quality processes?

Our client, a leading consumer goods manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Quality Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the quality management system, ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality standards and guidelines
• Monitor and improve quality metrics and key performance indicators
• Lead internal and external quality audits
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Train and mentor employees on quality processes and procedures
  
  

Base Salary is $100,000 - $120,000 annually. Relocation assistance and temporary housing are offered.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related field required. Advanced degree a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management or life sciences (analytical/microbiological) in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 5 years management experience
• FDA/EPA/Regulatory Experience and Knowledge
• The following certifications are preferred but NOT required: Six Sigma Belt, American Society for Quality (ASQ), Certfied Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor
