We are excited to announce the establishment of a new JCB manufacturing facility in San Antonio, Texas. We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Engineers to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the setup and success of our new facility.

Position Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced Manufacturing Engineers to undergo a comprehensive 6-month product familiarisation program overseas. During this period, you will gain invaluable insights into JCB's manufacturing processes and products. Upon completion of the training, you will return to San Antonio to lead and support the equipment installation phase through to production startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand JCB's manufacturing processes and products during the overseas training period.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful installation and commissioning of manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures in line with JCB's standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the equipment installation phase.
• Support the production startup and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the construction equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel overseas for a 6-month training period.
